2004 Off-Grid Four-Seasons Skoolie

Completely finished skoolie approx 3 years ago with many new upgrades within the last 3 months. Titled, registered, and insured as a motor home. 30 amp for shore power.

Cedar tongue and groove on walls and ceiling.  Sheep wool insulated in the ceiling and foam board for floor and partial walls. Privacy curtains throughout. Dinette table that goes down for additional sleeping or couch. Tons of storage everywhere throughout the bus including under the beds. Wood floors, granite/quartz kitchen counter top.  Even a pull/chin up bar inside! Residential house door for main entrance as well as a rear side double door for access to electrical and storage under master bed. All plumbing, electrical and construction were done by professionals in those fields of expertise. This build was done right!

—> Have had three professional heavy truck diesel mechanic shops service and evaluate this skoolie before listing it —> I would take this skoolie cross country and back without hesitation. Have covered the East Coast from Maine to Florida twice recently. This skoolie has seen -10°F and remained warm and cozy inside.
—> only reason we are selling “Tank” kids refer to it as “Tankey” is bc we have purchased a full-sized one that better suits our family’s needs.
