185 gallons of fresh water under the bed. Fresh water is filled via an electric hose reel in a bin under the bus with a double filter water system. the hose can both fill the tanks and is also is your “city water” connection ( switched between the two by flipping a valve) 30 gallon grey water with wiring and pump for recirculation system to flush toilet. (pump not installed yet) toilet is currently only hooked to fresh water. 82 gallons black water via 27 gallon tank under toilet and 55 gallon tank under rear of bus. macerator pumps to pump from small tank to large one as well as from large tank to dump station. macerator pump on grey tank as well to pump to dump station. all macerators are pumped thru an electric hose reel in a bin under the bus. Full size walk-around platform bed (MATTRESS NOT INCLUDED) with 3 drawers on each side (like a captains bed) the bed is also raised to allow for a washer/dryer underneath (NOT INCLUDED) 3 RV skylights (bedroom, shower, and kitchen) we removed the bus windows and added 4 RV windows. shower is a 1 piece unit for easy cleaning. the water heater is a suburban electric /propane model, we also installed probeless tank monitors.

The mirrors were replaced with electric adjustable and heated semi mirrors. we also installed a receiver hitch on the rear. All marker lights are LED as well as brake lights and rear sequential turn signals. kitchen counters with wood countertop (Appliances NOT included)

We also installed a secondary air tank on the bus (with hose reel under the bus) so we could use air tools and will be including those tools in the sale. We have driven the bus in TN and took a month long trip to Florida in which time the bus did great.

As you can tell lots of work has been put into this build so what still needs to be done?

-Plumbing for the kitchen sink, dishwasher, shower and water heater

–Exterior paint job – we have paint and primer that we will include with the bus (Massey Ferguson grey paint)

Insulation, interior walls, and hardwood or vinyl flooring

Asking 25000 Or we might consider a trade/or partial trade for a Ford high-top (gasoline) van.

We love this bus and have put lots of time, money, and love into it but its too much room for us so we need to downsize.
