2006 IC RE300 Partially Converted Skoolie

Up for sale is my 2006 IC RE300, 40 ft, DT4466 Alison transmission, 145K miles, 10K hours on the engine clock. This partially built Skoolie is already registered as an RV in California with a clean title, and is smog exempt since its a recreational vehicle over 7 tons. The bus runs great and is started frequently, the tires have a lot of life left, no rust, and great exterior paint job.

Since original post, the side door has been cut out to make it bigger for a deck. Also included additional lumber purchased for framing. This bus includes many supplies to complete the build, and includes the smaller windows that could be installed where the roof was raised. The skylights on both ends of the roof raise also open; There is a beautiful little cubby space at the back of the bus behind the bed frame, where I was going to install stained glass windows to work as a door to crawl back there and use as a pet or reading nook. This bus has some awesome features and will make a gorgeous home for the right builder/s.

It has a raised roof, has been completely gutted, and foam insulated throughout including the floor. It has a grey water tank installed with stacks for shower, kitchen sink, and drain valve. There are enough extras to nearly complete the build, including several 12″ windows to add to the raised section.

It comes with plywood and hardwood, as well as  plumbing supplies, fasteners, automotive adhesive for sealing windows, interior lights and switches, a never used Suburban propane heater, brand new Ryuvati stainless workstation sink, water pumps, paint, and much more.

It has an installed and running DC set up on 3, 8D Lifeline Marine sealed batteries, including 1 solar panel, charge controller, breakers, and a 2000w inverter.
