privacy curtains, Corian countertop with double sink, pull down sprayer Rec Pro 3 burner stove with oven, led lighting, Fugatti instant hot water heater, High Pointe microwave,  Norcold 1210 double fridge freezer, hickory cabinets with lazy Susan, inlayed twin inclusion quartz in bar with bronze, pewter and copper, glass tile backsplash in kitchen and bathroom,

full size washer and dryer, double closets with double hanging rods, 30 inch bathroom vanity with Leivi bidet.  Heated seat, heated water, heated air and led lights with remote, queen bed platform with storage underneath,  30 inch tile shower with storage and glass door,

24,000 Pioneer mini split with cassette,  12 volt water pump, 8 led lights in ceiling with stained pine and redwood planks, dual 12 volt roof vents with fans, inverter to keep batteries charged up, utility closet with 110 vacuum,

120 gallon fresh water, 120 gallon grey water, 68 gallon black, 22.5 aluminum wheels,  new 22.5 drive tires, steer tires have 90% however they are due to be replaced in 2027 due to age being compliant with DOT regulations. Chrome hub cap covers, chrome lug nut covers, all lighting was upgraded to led lighting on bus including headlights and tail lights.

Grote headlights with overhead led lights, clear and chrome lights with red and amber filaments,  chrome tear drop rear tail lights, led back up lights, led side lights, clear led and chrome motion arrow turn signals. Remote front entry with fob. Remote rear entry with deadbolt bolt.

Bus runs about 58 pounds of oil pressure, fan kicks in at 210, bus runs about 190 unless pulling a grade, holds air for days.

Coolant lines replaced, power steering pump replaced, suction hose replaced, serviced and lubed. NO metal spotted in oil. Brakes good, drums good, no leaking or weaping wheel seals, new wiper blades and new automatic front slack adjusters.

Commercial hitch with 7 way wiring.

Bus pulled 14,000 pounds of rock from our shop in Arkansas to Arizona no problem.

12-14 mpg is average on fuel however pulling a grade in the wind I got down to 8 mpg.

I run her comfortably at 75.

Pulling a steep grade with a heavy load she will drop down to 38.

If you know Copper Canyon you know the grade I’m talking about.

The bus was shot with Light gloss Hot Rod Aqua paint from TCP Global. Comes with an extra gallon of paint as well as a can of aerosol for any touch ups.

We own a heavy diesel repair business in Peoria, Arizona and a mining company in Eagar, Arizona.

We built this bus for me to use at Quartzsite and Tucson at rock shows and to be comfortable while doing them.

I hope she goes to a good home, she’s a solid build.
