All windows have been plugged and insulated. New double pane windows installed.

Outlets wired in to utility chase at tops of wall. 8 outlets.

Floor has been insulated with 1.5 inch foam and finished.

Kitchen counter installed with sink and faucet that runs with a foot pump.

Bathroom has plumbing for shower but is not finished.

Bench seat that can fit 2-3 people.

Still a work in progress but well on its way.

New tires. Good brakes.

Bus has been through very regular maintenance checks its whole life as it was used as an actual school
