2010 Ford E450 Pro Converted (Registered and Insured as RV) SKOOLIE

This site didn’t offer preset choice for my engine type – which is a 5.4-L V-8 SOHC 16V FFV.

Beautiful inside and out, professionally plumbed as well as the 12v and 120 v electric wiring with panels done by a pro Skoolie builder with over 35 yrs experience (yes, before it was a “thang”)!

Under 25 feet, this strong girl was purchased from a diesel mechanic who bought it directly from a school district.  (He and his wife wanted to purchase a $ 90k pick-up for their home business and for funding that, they sold her).  I didn’t get the maintenance records, but it runs great!  I have only had to change the oil, fluids and batteries since her conversion in 2022.

My 12 year old had a life altering illness and we just don’t use her like we did or would like to.  I have CLEAN TITLE in hand, it is REGISTERED (in Maryland) as RV and INSURED through Erie Insurance.   I have had no issues.

In addition to the solid construction, insulted floors and walls, attractive, durable vinyl plank flooring, bamboo counter top, Dometic 3 burner w/oven, deep sink w/pull-out faucet, wet bath with Nature’s head compost toilet (was in box for most of its life, never used).  there is an 80″ L shaped bench/daybed with storage – where the 3000 Watt Inverter and 200 ah Lithium battery (along with the 2 AFO balls for emergency fire extinguishing) live.  She has 65 gal fresh water tank (under full size memory foam bed with narrow twin above – for the little one (s), 35 gal grey water tank, 5k diesel heater, fridge/freezer (plugged into 120v outlet that ran completely off the Solar system). This baby is Loaded with All the Goodies! 400 Watts of Solar (4×100), 40a MPPT charge controller, 50 amp RV outlet on left side near driver’s side door (where it should be! lol), 12.2 Gallon ASME Under mount Propane tank, Furrion tankless instant hot water heater, Outdoor shower (hot and cold) 2 ply custom made, insulated, black out (when needed) and semi-sheer (when desired) hanging curtains. Solidly installed wood (no squeaks!) white painted cabinets, Under cab, dimmable 12v Lighting, 12v dimmable, overhead flush Lighting, Maxx Airfan with Remote, Working Heat and A/C from cab! * I have Additional Items for $ negotiation: BOTH New in Boxes! – 1- 14.5k Furrion Chill Rooftop AC and 1-Dual Fuel Generator (I planned on having installed, but can sell with skoolie)
