It averages approx. 12 mpg. With the original 136,000 miles, it has many years left on it to travel and explore! It has an automatic transmission with overdrive, and cruise control.
This is considered a mid-sized bus, with a total overall exterior length of 26′, width of 8′ and height of 9’7″. The interior living space measures a length of 19′, the inside height is 6’2″, the inside width is 8′.

This bus comfortably sleeps four people. We have a queen size bed in the rear of the bus, with plenty of storage underneath. The dining room table converts to a bed, and has 2 storage areas with ample space inside the benches. Kitchen benches will need cushions of your choice. The kitchen has attractive Aspen green cabinets built in for storage, with a white sink and black faucet with pull out feature. Lovely grey/blue barn wood accents walls and partitions in the bathroom and kitchen areas.
The floors are insulated, with beautiful grey vinyl flooring throughout. The bus has ample storage above the cockpit, along with storage in the closet where the tankless water heater is stored. There is more space available in the bus that can be converted into storage, if desired.
This bus has a 55 gal. fresh water tank and also 2~ 20 gal. grey water tanks. The tankless water heater is in the closet by the bed, and supplies hot and cold water for both the shower and sink. We’ve installed a new compost toilet in a separate, private bathroom in the rear of the bus, across from the queen sized bed. We love this feature! The bus also has a pocket door in the bathroom.
The indoor shower is separate from the compost toilet and is also conveniently situated right across from the queen bed, in the mid section of the b
We’ve included a new Champion 4250-3500 watt generator / inverter for the bus. It’s stored under the bed, and can easily be taken outside for use. It runs very quietly, without disturbing neighbors in the campsite. When running, the bus has front and rear working ac/heat. We’ve also installed 30 amp breakers on the back bathroom wall, for power with 30 amp shore power. It also has 3 110 volt outlets conveniently located throughout the bus, to plug in your coffee pot, etc.
We’ve listed our bus as a partial conversion, as it needs tires and a few finishing touches to call it your own! Call Don for more info. Thanks for your interest, and happy camping!
