All wiring has been run, majourity of lights and outlets have already been installed. Air Conditioning/Heating Unit and Solar Panels come with but have not been installed. The kitchen is unfinished and allows for your personal design!

Everything under the hood is in great working condition, and checked out by a certified mechanic.
