Converted into a fully functional tiny home, ready for the freedom and adventure that a tiny home on wheels brings! This 40 ft. skoolie was designed to maximize space, without sacrificing storage, with an open layout that can evolve with you and still have room to host guests! We lived in it for a year with our Bernese Mountain Dog, but opportunities opened up we couldn’t pass on. Currently located in Denver, CO and available immediately.

Mechanical details:
- Assuming its warm enough or engine block is plugged in, and batteries are charged, the engine has always started up perfectly for us! We purchased the bus only 8 months after it was retired as a school bus, per required regulations. –
- 267,830 miles on odometer, which is not significant for the 8.3 Cummins Diesel engine.
