Description
I am selling my familyโs 1999 International bus conversion. It runs on DIESEL fuel and has a massive fuel tank. It has air brakes and had a tune up and oil change about 1,500 miles ago. Runs strong, but it is slow. :-)
The bus was converted back in 2019 by Blue Ridge Conversions in Hot Spring, NC. Probably one of the last bus conversions they did. We enjoyed it for a handful of road trips in 2020-2022, but has primarily been used as a home office in our backyard for the past two years.
We are selling the bus because our kids are now in school and we just donโt see ourselves using for adventuring anytime soon. Itโs sad to admit that and let it go.
We designed the layout to be open and airy. The drivers side of the bus is a full run of unobstructed windows and a working emergency door.
There are many nice features and details. The lighting is colorful inside, with high-end appliances (marine stove/oven!), nice solid wood countertops, unique tile, deep stainless steel sink w/ spring sink faucet, custom upholstery on seating, built-in bunk bed, with work area and reading nook, cedar-walled bathroom with water trough tub, full-size bed that lifts up for storage, โrainbow bridgeโ over back wheel well to kids area.
The bus is currently parked in my backyard in SW Atlanta, Georgia. The title for the bus is clear and I am the second owner. I bought it directly from Fairfax County Virginia Schools and drove it down to Atlanta in 2017. I registered it as an RV, and it is fully insured. The tags are also paid and up to date.
