For sale is our converted 2000 International 3800 school bus. We drove this bus from Virginia -> Tennessee -> Arkansas -> Missouri -> Kansas -> Colorado ->New Mexico -> Arizona -> California -> Oregon -> Washington early last year, and then lived in it full time for half a year prior to settling down in Seattle. About 245K miles on the DT466E engine. Oil changed about 300 miles ago. The tires have lots of tread left, and the bus has air brakes. Recently passed WA DOT inspection for safety.

Features: all custom built-in furniture including a dinette that telescopes down into a couch/small extra bed with storage underneath, kitchen cabinets upper and lower, kitchen counter, woodstove hearth with storage underneath/iceco electric cooler, closet with drawers below, full-size bed, storage under the bed and fresh water tank, access to under bed through handicap door that has a pull out rack for storage of 2 bikes (thru axle), custom shelves throughout. Custom window screens for all functional windows and indoor window covers for insulation, Cubic Mini Grizzly wood stove for heat with stainless steel stove pipe, solar powered – 400 watts of mono panels on the roof, 200ah of lithium battle born batteries, victron inverter/charger, RV shore power plug in with a cutoff switch, outlets run throughout bus, 40 gallons of fresh water under the bed with 12v pump to sink and shower, and 40 gallons of gray water outside under the rear of the bus. 12v multicolor LEDs throughout the bus for the ViBeS. We only used the shore power a few times, and that was when the temps were COLD and we wanted to use a space heater.

Never finished the bathroom because we just used it as a closet/simple cassette toilet as most of the time we were either at campgrounds or at family/friends property. The exterior might need to be repainted at some point, paint is flaking away on the edges of the rub rails and around some rivets where it was harder to sand before painting. Mechanically in great shape, and drives like a bus, you won’t be getting anywhere fast. Due to the short wheelbase being an old wheelchair lift equipped bus, it has an amazing turning radius.

If you have any questions, let me know. $30k obo, no partial payments or payment over time.
