The bus was renovated for our family not to sell so no cost was spared.  We traveled when our kids were in grade/middle school but now they are in High School and our travel times are very limited so we made the very hard decision to sell this huge part of our life and transition to Vanlife.  This is literally a tiny home (320 sq feet) on wheels.  Since this is registered RV, a CDL is not necessary.

Runs great with DT-466, 300 HP mounted as a pusher in the back with 109,500 miles on it.  Scheduled for a service and will be done prior to sale with proof of paperwork.  Bus if fully functional and can be boondocked but needs batteries, price is reflecting this.  Currently plugged into shore power.  We will share all you need to know about the features, tip and tricks and answer any questions.  Fully insured with no issues and can just transfer into your name.  Due to the beauty of the bus, we never had a problem staying in RV Parks including KOA’s and specialty ones in Florida.  Gray water can be drained much easier and, in more areas, giving more flexibility.
