Already registered with the DMV as an RV conversion so it is no longer registered as a commercial vehicle, no headaches with the DMV trying to get it converted.
Insured currently by American General as an RV.
Currently with 126,000 miles on it very well taken care of the Chevy 6.0L engines can easily go over 300K.  Makes great gas mileage in the 13 to 14 range average city and highway. Was smogged this year and registration is good through July 2023.
