Fully Finished Off-Grid Four-Seasons Skoolie w/ Roof Raise

Completely off grid living at its best! This 135K miles 4-seasons skoolie, with the T444E engine and Allison transmission combo, is completely finished and has been professionally serviced by International dealers. 21” roof raise, tongue and groove cedar ceiling throughout, custom hardwood flooring, shiplap walls and fully insulated with spray foam plus foam board. 50 amp service 2 mini splits: 18k BTU (240v) and 9k BTU (120v), 2 MaxxAir fans, Electric built in fireplace, 100 gallon fresh (inside) and 100 gallon gray tank (outside) with heat wire, composting toilet, water filtration system, King size loft bed with two twins below. 3300 watts of solar professionally installed by a solar dealer on the roof, 6000 watt EG4 split phase inverter and 15kwh of Lithium Ion Phosphate batteries. This powers the entire rig including 240v demands – Dryer and Mini split (240v). Transfer switch at the power panel makes it simple to swap between shore, generator or Solar. We never have to plug in to the grid! The build is 3 years old and the solar and batteries are new. New tires, so many new engine parts. Went through 3 International dealerships over the past 1 year to make sure this engine was 100% reliable as my family and I traveled in it full-time.
