Here she is, your new Skoolie.
This is a beautiful well maintained conversion that is 90% complete. Finish the plumbing and you’re done, or drive her like we did and pee before you go! We flew South for this bus which is rust free and was professionally undercoated, which is a rarity.

The bus sleeps 6+ with 4 twin bunks. Each bunk has built in shelves. All lower bunks have under bed storage. All seating is tongue and groove and has both back of seat storage and under seat storage. The floor is a heavy grade vinyl that has held up to our three dogs and 4 teens. The kitchen area has a large farmers sink with a deep basin, perfect for stowing items when in motion. There are custom maple countertops and stove cover. Under the sink and under the fridge there are also storage areas.  The bus comes with a fridge and a 4- burner gas range, with oven. The bathroom area is awaiting finishing touches. The shower and toilet areas are roughed in and have drains cut through the floor to the tanks. This rig has brand new fresh, gray and black water tanks mounted with steel under the rear of the bus.

The exterior has been professionally painted with farm implement enamel paint in the color “Ford Gray”. There is some minor peeling in the drives side rub rail. The bus has one under storage steel box that is great for tools. The rear door opens to an additional tool storage area under the rear bunk.

Mechanically this bus is reliable and sound. It has a 24  Valve Cummins engine with an Allison Transmission.  With 55k miles on this bus, it has a lot of miles left in her. The tires are in good shape, with only one rear that will need replacement in the near future. The bus has Air Brakes, which we prefer,  and the service door is air driven as well. The compressor is in working order.

Both of us hold CDLs and school bus endorsements, so we have treated this vehicle with the upmost respect and care. Our family saw 21 states in one summer and our bus received many compliments for it’s crisp coastal theme and fresh look. We laughed at the many questions asking if it was really a school bus! Yep!!  We are ready to downsize and do another build. This beauty could be your next big adventure!
