We built our Skoolie for independent living. We didn’t want to sacrifice comfort or homeyness so it’s full sized for comfortable, off grid living. All the comforts of home on wheels!

100% Custom Build: Roof raise and complete re-skin, new windows. Interior conversion/installation w/full house electrical and plumbing systems.

Full Kitchen: Propane stove, full size refrigerator, double sink. All kitchen supplies included.

Bathroom: Large sink, full size shower, composting toilet, washer and dryer. Hot water on demand.

Plumbing: 100 gallon fresh water tank. 75 gallon grey water waste tank. No black water w/composting toilet!

Bedroom: Queen size bed, super cozy, lots of storage, custom lighting.

Roof top deck w/ladder installed and collapsible safety railings.

Electrical: 6 solar panels produce 1800 watts of power. Magnasine Puresine inverter is rated for 4000 watts. Custom interior lighting design.

Storage: 130 cu ft under cabin exterior luggage compartments.
