This bus has served its purpose for the time being. It was used as a place to live during student teaching. It has been under a canopy while it’s been lived in. I purchased it from a couple in LA who toured it from 2020 until I purchased it in January 2022. Once purchased we (with professional help) did the plumbing, wiring, and remodeling. I will be moving onto a new job and the bus is ready for a new family. I have the original school repair logs.

2007 Thomas Saf-T-Liner C2 Mercades MBE906 Diesel- 225,468.2 miles, 190Hp, Automatic, Air Brakes, Tinted Windows, Air Rider Suspension, Inside Height 77 inches, Inside Length 30ft, Overall Length 30ft, 12ft Clearance, Two Batteries- 100% of the time on a battery maintainer, Fluids at normal levels, Ran once a month.

If you take care of this bus it will take care of you- mechanically speaking these engines will take you over 500,000 miles. The 30ft size will allow maneuverable town, parking, RV/State/National Park access.  

Overlanding and Off Grid ready. 

There is plenty of storage on the bus. There is plumbing throughout the bus with a wet bath shower and a kitchen sink. The water will get warm thanks to the water heater. There is electricity throughout the bus that was installed with the help of an electrician. There are receptacles/outlets in the dining area, kitchen, and bedroom area. There is an air conditioning/heating unit which is a Pioneer Mini Split in the bedroom area (disclosure: the condensation tube goes straight down into a bucket under the bed. Rerouting was too difficult and would cause leaks. This was the best option. You may choose to reroute it but it does the job.). The warm lighting in the bus is 12v led light strips that can be dimmed with two different remotes. You may hook up to shore power or use the solar provided. Even though the bus was used as a living spot I was able to run off solar 90% of the time which was a great factor. The batteries and Smart Charger can all be accessed through Bluetooth applications. There is a built-in induction stove with two burners and a retro mini fridge. All of the components of the bus run on electricity since I did not want to deal with propane. There are a few areas that you may want to remodel if you choose.
