Completely empty skoolie with 18” roof raise. Bus runs really well (it was my moving van coming out to Texas) and is ready for someone to finish building into their dream tiny home. My job changed so I no longer have time to work on it.

Bus is a 2007 Thomas Saf-T-Liner with just under 190,000 miles. It is powered by a 6.4L Mercedes MBE900 diesel engine paired with a 5 speed Allison automatic transmission.
Large AC unit keeps the bus very cool in the summer.
