My husband and I have been traveling the country the last two years in this conversion that is almost completed. We have decided to stay in one location for a while due to a job and have decided to give someone else the wonderful opportunity to call this bus home.

EXTERIOR:
-Brand new tires with less than 6,000 miles
-Front & Rear Rotors replaced (drilled and slotted to help with brake fade while descending mountains)
-New stud bolts
-Class 3 Receiver installed with both 4pin and 7pin trailer hookup
-Break controller installed
-ALL new exterior LED lights
-four 9″ forward facing flood lights
-four 9″ rear facing flood lights
-all clearance lights replaced
-headlights replaced
-taillights replaced
-turn signals replaced
-installed two 4″ flood lights on each side of the bus
-two grey water tanks (one 14gal, one 26 gal)
-frame still visibly coated with factory antirust coating. anything added/modified was coated in antirust agent called POR-15
-custom all aluminum and stainless steal roof rack (roof decking still unfinished.)
-AM SOLAR SYSTEM: 2×200 watt panel set up. recently wind blew off one of our panels, so it is currently running off 200 watts (VS 400watts) with the set up ready to be bought and installed to replace second panel. will give more details in DM.
-roof fully repainted with Henrys Tropicool roof paint.
-old rooftop emergency exit removed and replaced by MaxxAir Fan.
-Nomadic Cooling 2000 12v AC unit
-ALL drilling done to the roof was sealed with 3M 5200 Marine Grade before Henry’s was applied.
-ALL windows resealed to be water tight (also with the 3M 5200 Marine Grade Caulking)
-The glass window Passenger front behind wood stove was replaced
-Main entry door is completely custom made. The materials for this door alone were close to $600. Exterior is hardwood oak with high quality black paint to match the school bus door look. All glass is custom made. Interior of the door is walnut to match countertops and all aspects of the interior

INTERIOR:
-Cubic Mini Wood Burning Stove
-Furrion 3 Burner Stove/Oven
-Avanti Side by side Fridge and freezer 5.5 cubic feet
-Bed area is the size between queen/king (width 70in, height 12in, length 80in) had custom mattress made from Custommattressfactory.com
(MATTRESS NOT INCLUDED, would recommended smaller length/width but keep height). hidden compartment underneath bed
-His/Hers closet cabinets
-built in storage underneath stair steps entering the bus
-MANY cool white LED lights throughout the bus, with the bedroom area and sink area being on dimmers
-Full stand up wet bath coated with Ardex Feather finish for the concrete look (same as the wood stove area)
-City water and Gravity fill inlet with PEX
-Shurflo Water pump and Accumulator
-7 Galloon Bosch Water Heater
-42 galloon fresh water tank
-Nebia Shower and Nature’s Head Compost toilet.
-KRAUS 24″ Stainless Steel Full Kitchen sink with built in water filter and soap dispenser
-Walnut Counter Tops
-Living Room couch that opens up to extend legs
-Dog Area at the front of the bus
-Every area inside the bus was first lined with Kilmat (sound deadener) and insulated with Havelock Wool Insulation. Walls and roof are white 1x6in pre-primed shiplap planks
-Custom Curtains with Blackout liners
-Floor is Jamestown Hickory LVP from Lowes with foam board insulation with havelock wool underneath
-POWER: AM SOLAR KIT consisting of FOUR 100aH 12V BattleBorn batteries, 200W GrapeSolar Panels x 2 (currently one), Victron Multiplus 3000a 12V Inverter (PLUS alternator charging kit, battery monitor, solar charge controller, temperature sensors)
